Q :Do you have a tax exempt program?
A :Currently we do not have a tax exempt program. However, we are only required to collect sales tax in our home state North Carolina. If you live outside North Carolina, you will not be charged with taxes. Depending on your home state's laws, you may be required to report the purchase to your home state.
Q :When will my order shipped?
A :We ship daily. Our currect order processing time is within 24 hrs. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be shipped the next available business day.
Q :Do you offer buy-ins?
A :We do not offer buy-ins. Out of stock items will be restock as soon as new shipments come in. Follow our Facebook page to get notifications of ETA.
Q :Do you ship outside the US?
A :We currently do not ship outside the US. We ship all across the US, except Alaska and Hawaii.
Q :How much is shipping for my order?
A :Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out, before payment.
Q :Do you offer free shipping?
A :Yes, we offer free Standard Shipping for all qualified orders (min. order of $150) with exception West Coast areas, they will receive a flat rate shipping. More info please click here.
Q :My order is damaged upon delivery.
A :Contact us immediately if your order is damaged. Please include your order number and pictures of the damage products or packaging with your email.
Q :My order didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date.
A :Delivery time at checkout is estimated time from our shipping carriers. We do not have control on the displayed estimated delivery time at checkout as they are live rates from the shipping carriers. Although most orders are delivered on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur. We suggest all customers to add a day or two for possible delays from shipping carriers.
